Of course, our fearless leader has said that he'd veto any bill that "limits CIA interrogation techniques."

Sure, I mean, who needs checks and balances? Right?

What do checks and balances have to do with an intelligence agency? And actually, isn't the president's veto power one of the checks and balances built into the original governmental plan? Or is it more those checks and balances used in favor of policies one personally disapproves of that you're commenting on?
